The 2012-13 season kicks off with an extraordinary array of exciting premieres, collaborations, and innovations.

Highlights include Rolf Wallin’s Manyworlds, Philip Glass’ seminal opera Einstein on the Beach, André Previn’s Concerto for Violin and String Orchestra, Per Nørgård’s Symphony No. 8, Peter Maxwell Davies’ The Whispering Gallery, Bright Sheng’s The Blazing Mirage, Avner Dorman’s Frozen in Time, Bent Sørensen’s Serenidad, and works by Mark Adamo, Gabriela Lena Frank, John Harbison, Nico Muhly and Jay Greenberg.
